Assalamualaikum
Alhamdulillah Ya Allah I'm still alive ;) Tomorrow is the starter day of my clinical posting which is only 6 weeks. Ya Allah that's not enough for us to gain more knowledges from this final posting. Yes, the last posting for me and yet become a qualified staff nurse, InshaAllah :)
With the flu and cough still have but that's not the problems at all and yet I must be fit and strong enough to face the days. Tawakal kepada Allah and berusaha untuk yang terbaik kepada pesakit-pesakit esok ;) *misi pun boleh sakit, ujian daripada Allah ;)
And this is the schedule of my posting :
management - 2 weeks
accident & emergency (a&e) - 1 weeks
operation theatre - 1 weeks
intensive care unit (icu) - 2 weeks
Tak puas hati sebab a&e 1 week je !!! Frankly speak, I do love to work at a&e because it used your critical thinking and plus adventure gila, oh please oh please let me work at that unit. Ya Allah nak nak !
Management sedikit gelisah because surgical ward yang paling famous dengan tahap kesibukannya.
Ya Allah, dah lah nanti kena jadi Team Leader ikut doktor,consultant buat round -,- Ya Allah Ya Allah tabahkan diri ini, seriously kena baca balik pasal gastrointestinal tract system. Baru baca sikit -,- dengan total patient 50 lebih satu ward tak ke pengsan. Memang tabik spring kepada seluruh staff nurses yang begitu tabah melakukan tugasan yang diberikan.
And then, habis posting terus final exam dengan tak ada revision weeknyaaaa -,- Balik dari kerja je kena study kena study, remember that ! Walau penat macam mana pun, Ya Allah permudahkanlah Ya Allah ! Dengan STUDY untuk exam Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM) lagi dalam bulan Jun. And if you pass the exam and surely you become a staff nurse ;) Ameen.
p/s : cekalkan hati dan tabahkan diri ini Ya Allah, sesungguhnya Engkau Maha Mendengar.
